STRENGTHERG CONCEPT2 PM5

The Concept2 StrengthErg PM5 is a compact, multifunctional strength training machine designed to provide an alternative to conventional free-weight training. It uses an air resistance system that responds to the user's applied force, allowing workout intensity to adjust without the need for weight plates, bars or traditional racks.

Equipped with the PM5 performance monitor, the StrengthErg displays training data in real time. Bluetooth Smart and ANT+ wireless connectivity make it easy to connect compatible devices, including heart rate monitors. Integration with the free ErgData app allows users to record sessions, analyse results and track performance over time.

Its aluminium frame combines durability and strength in a machine weighing 41kg and supporting a maximum user weight of 160kg. With a 114cm monorail and a seat height of 53cm, the StrengthErg is designed to provide a stable and comfortable training position. For storage, it must remain assembled in a horizontal position.
