Shipping and Returns

  • Shipping Orders

    For Mainland Portugal the prices vary depending on the value of the shopping basket:

    - Up to 50,00€ - 5,00€

    - Between 50,01€ and 75,00€ - 7,50€

    - Between €75.01 and €98.99 - 10,00€

    - Over €99,00 - Free

     

    If you want the parcel to be delivered to the Portuguese Islands or other European countries, the weight of the parcel is calculated.

    You can make a simulation using your postcode to check the delivery price before placing your order.


    Once your order has been received and processed, ‘available’ items will be dispatched with the following estimated delivery time:

    In times of high order numbers (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Black Friday, online shop promotions, etc.), the lead times may extend by 2-3 working days.

    The date shown on products with ‘Available’ status is a forecast and there may be a variation of a few days to the actual delivery date.


  • Second deliveries will be charged

    If delivery is not possible for reasons beyond Topgim's control, an additional charge may be levied for the second delivery. Topgim is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery attempts and will therefore pass on the cost of any second delivery to the customer.

    Below is a list of the main reasons for unsuccessful deliveries:

    • Wrong, misspelt and/or incomplete address and/or postcode;
    • Street not accessible by road transport;
    • No recipient to receive the parcel.


    We advise all customers to put a delivery address where someone is always present at the address (e.g. workplace).

  • Street level deliveries

    Deliveries are made at street level.

    For small volumes, the carrier may refuse to deliver the goods inside flats, clinics, gyms or other establishments.

    For palletised loads, the goods will always be delivered at street level and it will be the customer's responsibility to transport the goods to their final destination.

  • Order Status

    As soon as the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, the customer will receive an email with the carrier's name and tracking number so that they can follow the status of the parcel.

    For small packages, you will receive an email and/or SMS 1 day in advance of the actual delivery.

    For palletised loads, you will receive an email 1 day in advance of the actual delivery and you will be contacted by telephone on the same day.

  • Delivery by the carrier

    When you receive your parcel, check the parcel(s) for any damage before signing the courier slip. If you detect any damage, write on the slip ‘subject to check’.

    Any problems must be reported on the slip so that the claim can be accepted.

    If this is not the case, Topgim reserves the right not to accept claims resulting from damaged and/or incomplete products.

     

    NOTE: The claim period for damaged items is valid up to 5 days after delivery.
  • Exchanges and Returns

    Exchanges can be made within 15 days of the invoice date.


    Returns can only be initiated within 30 days of the invoice. All returns must be approved before sending a product back. All products must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. If a returned product is not in its original packaging under the above conditions, it will not be accepted.


    Exchanges and Returns are not accepted for items that are made to measure, such as protective nets, changing room benches, goals or posts with non-standard measurements, among others.


    For both situations - exchanges or returns - if it is the customer's responsibility, the delivery and carrier costs in both directions will be the customer's responsibility. Otherwise, Topgim will cover the delivery/return costs.

  • Delivery Costs

    When your order has been completed, with your full address, the system will calculate the cost of delivery. This amount depends on the weight and volume of your parcel and the distance from our warehouse. With your order, country and postcode you will receive the cost of transport before any payment is made.

     

    Some products are labelled ‘Extra postage for bulky items’, which reflects the additional cost charged by the carrier due to the high volume of the product.
