AIR SKI

The Air Bike is an air resistance exercise bike designed exclusively for home use and personal training studios. Its synchronised arm and leg action delivers a full-body cardiovascular and muscular workout, with intensity that can be adapted to the user's effort.

The adaptive air resistance system uses a fan wheel that adjusts the load according to the user's speed and applied force. The harder and faster the user pedals and pushes the handles, the greater the resistance generated, allowing workout intensity to respond dynamically throughout each session.

The padded seat adjusts both vertically and horizontally, making it easier to find a suitable riding position. The LCD console tracks workout metrics such as distance, calories and time, and includes goal-based programmes. A built-in water bottle holder and front transport wheels add convenience.

Note #1: When not using the oar, the steering wheel should be placed in the rest slot, as this allows the chain not to be strained, which will cause less wear on the chain.
