Semi-Professional

       1.    Products designed for use in personal training studios, hotels, condominiums, physiotherapy and/or rehabilitation centres, municipal facilities, sports clubs, security forces or fire departments with moderate use.

       2.    Equipment in this range will lose its warranty if used in a professional space or environment.

Professional

The guarantee is valid for 3 years for end consumers. For companies, it is valid for 1 year.

1. Defective products or parts from the factory;
2. Any other point not indicated in the following question.

- What does the guarantee not cover?

1. Products referred to as domestic range, used in sports or institutional spaces, as well as gyms, training academies, clubs or any other establishment for collective use;
2. Incorrect assembly, installation or damaged parts due to improper assembly;
3. Products or equipment in which the original parts have been replaced by others not supplied by the manufacturer;
4. Parts subject to wear and tear, such as: ropes, batteries, handles, bearings, springs, belts, pedals, pulleys, elastic bands, etc., after 6 months have elapsed since the product was purchased;
5. Anomalies caused by factors extrinsic to Topgim, such as: humidity, sweat, environments close to the sea, swimming pools, terraces, use of chemical products, etc;
6. Scratches, burns, falls to the ground or any other situation that demonstrates a lack of care.

Regular Cleaning

1. Cleaning the equipment to remove dust, debris and, above all, sweat, which often wears down/corrodes the material and causes the products to rust;
2. On iron, aluminium or stainless steel areas, we recommend using a dry cloth with a silicone-based lubricant spray;
3. On leather or plastic areas, you can use a damp cloth with a multipurpose disinfectant or antibacterial product;
4. After completing the previous three points, you can use the silicone-based lubricant spray on the pulleys, cables and pulleys (in the case of weight machines) and on the belts/chains, pedals, clamps, etc. (in the case of oars, bicycles, etc.).

Visual Inspection

1. Check that the screws are tight to avoid loose parts and an unstable structure;
2. If you notice any worn or broken parts that could jeopardise the use of the product, replace them to avoid accidents.
