Iron goals are characterised by being heavier and less resistant to corrosion.

As well as being lighter, aluminium goals resist corrosion better.

This leads to the conclusion that

- Durability: aluminium lasts longer because it is more resistant to weather conditions;

- Weight: iron is a heavier material and therefore more difficult to move.

On our website, in the same category where you found the handball/futsal goals, you'll find the system for fixing goals to the ground. Simply add the kit corresponding to the goal you have purchased (iron or aluminium) to your basket.

According to standard EN749, handball and futsal goals must always be fixed to the ground when in use. This fixation must be at least 2 points per goal.

We recommend that handball/futsal nets are mounted inside the side ‘L’ hoops and inside the rear ‘U’ hoop that rests on the ground.

At the top, the net should be attached to the side hoops with a cord/clamp.

At the bottom, the net should be attached to the lower rear arch with a cord woven into the net itself or alternatively with cable ties.

If the net is mounted outside of the above structures, it could be stretched too tightly and risk being damaged more easily.
