How often should the silicone be inserted through the lubrication hole?
Silicone should be poured into the port every 20 to 30 hours of use (or about once a month under regular use). Simply pour 10-15 ml of silicone into the inlet while powered off, then run the treadmill at a low speed (3-4 km/h) for 2 to 3 minutes to spread it evenly.
