FAQs

  • Does the set include the bar and discs shown in the images?

    No. The product exclusively includes the Core Plate base and the V-Handle with foam grips. The Olympic bar and weight plates are sold separately.

  • Is it necessary to screw the base to the floor in order to use it?

    It is not strictly mandatory if you place heavy weight plates over the base to stabilize it. However, to ensure maximum safety and stability during intense workouts or when using the battle rope ring, we highly recommend fixing it to the floor using the integrated holes.

  • How do I ensure the bar doesn't move during training?

     The base comes equipped with quick-tightening screw knobs. Simply insert the bar into the corresponding tube and turn the knob until the bar is fully and securely locked.

  • What is the purpose of the metal ring welded to the steel base?

    This integrated ring works as a multi-purpose anchor point. It allows you to easily attach battle ropes (Battle Ropes) or resistance bands to complement your workout.

  • What are the main exercises and muscle groups worked?

    This set allows for a highly dynamic Full Body workout. Thanks to the smooth 360º movement and the V-handle, you can perform:

    • Upper Body: Landmine Presses (shoulders and chest), Landmine Rows (back rows), and arms.

    • Lower Body: Squats, lunge variations, and deadlifts.

    • Core and Abs: Stable torso rotations to target obliques and the lower back.

    • Cardio and Endurance: Pulling and power exercises using resistance bands or Battle Ropes on the integrated ring.
