ROWER BH FITNESS CARDIFF

The Air Rower Pro is a professional air rowing machine designed for cardiovascular and strength training in gyms, CrossTraining boxes and sports performance centres. Its aerodynamic resistance system adjusts the workload to the user's effort: the harder the pull, the greater the resistance generated, allowing workout intensity to respond naturally to each stroke.

With 10 adjustable resistance levels, the Air Rower Pro supports a variety of training intensities, from moderate sessions to high-power conditioning workouts. Its stainless steel chain drive and anodised aluminium monorail provide a durable construction for frequent use, while the seat glides smoothly along the rail throughout the rowing movement.

The backlit LCD console with Bluetooth allows users to monitor key metrics such as distance, calories and heart rate, and configure goal-based programmes. For convenient storage, the frame can be folded or separated into two parts, allowing it to be stored vertically.

• Adaptive air resistance: adjusts resistance according to the force applied during each stroke.
• 10 resistance levels: allows airflow to be adjusted to suit different training goals and intensities.
• Stainless steel chain drive: durable transmission system designed for frequent use.
• Anodised aluminium monorail: provides a stable, smooth-gliding surface for the seat.
• Bluetooth LCD console: displays workout data, including distance, calories and heart rate.
• Goal-based programmes: allows sessions to be configured around specific training targets.
• Adjustable footrests: feature fibre fastening straps to help keep the feet securely positioned while rowing.
• Space-saving storage: the frame can be folded or separated into two parts for vertical storage.

Note #1: When not using the oar, the steering wheel should be placed in the rest slot, as this allows the chain not to be strained, which will cause less wear on the chain.

Note #2: The oar chain should be lubricated regularly to ensure that the equipment works properly.

Note #3: If you choose the "Delivered assembled at ground floor level" assembly service, the products will be shipped fully assembled, with the exception of the Air Rower and Air Ski, which will have one component left to be fitted. Before selecting this option, please confirm the dimensions of the assembled products below.

The Air Bike Pro is a professional air bike designed for high-intensity cardiovascular training and full-body muscular conditioning. Its synchronised arm and leg movements engage the upper and lower body simultaneously, making it suitable for gyms, crosstraining boxes and high-performance training centres.

Its adaptive air resistance system adjusts to the user's effort: the harder the user pushes the pedals and handles, the greater the resistance generated. With 8 adjustable resistance levels, the bike supports different training goals, from recovery sessions to high-power workouts.

The Air Bike Pro features a transmission system with a stainless-steel magnet, a seat adjustable both vertically and horizontally, and an LCD monitor for tracking workout data. An integrated water bottle holder and front transport wheels add convenience to everyday use.

• Synchronised full-body training: combines arm and leg movements for comprehensive cardiovascular and muscular conditioning.
• Adaptive air resistance: resistance increases in proportion to the user's effort.
• 8 adjustable resistance levels: allows intensity adjustments with clearly defined differences between levels.
• Stainless-steel magnet transmission: a mechanical system designed for professional and intensive use.
• Two-way adjustable seat: vertical and horizontal adjustments accommodate different users.
• Integrated LCD monitor: displays metrics such as distance, calories and time, and supports goal-based workouts.

The Air Ski Pro is a professional ski ergometer designed to deliver an intense cardiovascular workout, with a particular focus on developing upper-body, trunk and core strength and endurance. Its air resistance system adapts the workload to the user's effort: the harder and more forcefully the user pulls, the greater the resistance generated.

With 10 adjustable resistance levels, controlled through a mechanical air intake regulator, the Air Ski Pro supports a wide range of training intensities, from aerobic endurance workouts to explosive strength and power sessions. Its ergonomic, non-slip handles with smooth rotation encourage natural and controlled movement throughout the exercise.

The backlit LCD console with Bluetooth allows users to monitor metrics such as time, distance, calories, heart rate and power, as well as configure goal-based workouts. For flexible installation, the machine includes a non-slip floor platform and is also designed for direct wall mounting, making it suitable for different professional training environments.

• Progressive air resistance: adjusts resistance according to pulling force, allowing users to control workout intensity.
• Upper-body training focus: designed to engage the arms, back, shoulders, abdominals and core.
• 10 resistance levels: allows airflow to be adjusted to suit different workout intensities.
• Backlit LCD console with Bluetooth: supports workout monitoring and connection to compatible devices.
• Comprehensive performance metrics: tracks time, distance, calories, heart rate and power, with goal-based workout options.
• Two mounting options: can be used with the included floor platform or mounted directly to a wall.
• Ergonomic, non-slip handles: provide a secure grip and smooth movement during exercise.
• Professional use: suitable for gyms, CrossTraining boxes and high-performance training centres.
