BULGARIAN SQUAT STAND

The Bulgarian Squat Stand is a training support designed for Bulgarian split squats, lunges and other unilateral strength exercises. It allows each leg to be trained independently, helping develop lower-body strength, balance and stability.

The stand features a padded cylindrical roller made with high-density foam, designed to provide comfortable support for the foot or ankle during exercise. Its height can be adjusted from 45 to 72cm, allowing the support position to be adapted to different users and training setups.

In addition to unilateral training, the stand can be used as a depth limiter for two-legged squats (box squats) or as a support point for mobility exercises. Its reinforced steel frame, black electrostatic paint finish and non-slip feet provide a stable base during use.
