The Ankle Strap for Cable Machines is a versatile training accessory designed for targeted lower-body exercises on cable machines and pulley stations. Made from high-strength nylon, it supports exercises that work the glutes, hip abductors, hip adductors and hamstrings using cable resistance.

The inner lining features soft padding and breathable mesh, designed to provide comfort during training while helping reduce friction and pressure around the ankle. An adjustable hook-and-loop strap allows the fit to be adapted to different ankle sizes, providing a secure and personalised fastening.

Equipped with a steel D-ring, the ankle strap can be conveniently attached to compatible cable machine carabiners. It is a practical addition to lower-body and glute training in both professional and semi-professional settings.
