MONKEY BAR FOR CROSSTRAINING CAGE

The Spotter Arms are safety attachments designed for strength training racks and cages, helping protect users during heavy lifts. If muscle failure occurs, they provide a surface to catch the barbell, reducing the risk of accidents during exercises such as squats and bench presses.

They are particularly suitable for solo training at home or in studios, where a training partner may not be available to assist. Their robust steel construction and 55cm support length provide a wide area for catching the barbell.

Sold as a pair, these safety arms feature a mounting pin with a 2.5cm diameter and a rack fitting width of 7.8cm. They are not compatible with the Topgim Squat Rack (FITN312). Check the dimensions and compatibility of your rack before purchasing.
