The warranty is valid for 3 years for end consumers. For businesses, the warranty period is 1 year

3. Products or equipment in which original parts have been replaced by others not supplied by the manufacturer
4. Parts subject to wear and tear, such as: ropes, batteries, handles, bearings, springs, straps, pedals, pulleys, elastic bands, etc., after 6 months have elapsed since the product was purchased
5. Faults caused by factors beyond Topgim’s control, such as: humidity, sweat, environments near the sea, swimming pools, terraces, the use of chemicals, etc.
6. Scratches, burns, falls to the ground or any other situation demonstrating a lack of care
