The Hip Thrust Glute has been designed to provide a stable and controlled execution of the hip thrust exercise, focusing on working the gluteus maximus and the posterior chain. The use of a padded, adjustable waist belt, fitted with a metal carabiner, ensures a secure hold during the movement, eliminating the need for a free barbell.
The equipment combines an anatomically shaped backrest, a height-adjustable seat and a wide, non-slip platform, allowing the training position to be adapted to the user’s needs. The seat adjustment is assisted by a gas spring, making it easy to adjust the height.
