Note #1: When not using the oar, the steering wheel should be placed in the rest slot, as this allows the chain not to be strained, which will cause less wear on the chain.
Note #2: The oar chain should be lubricated regularly to ensure that the equipment works properly.
Note #3: If you choose the "Delivered assembled at ground floor level" assembly service, the products will be shipped fully assembled, with the exception of the Air Rower and Air Ski, which will have one component left to be fitted. What are the differences between domestic, semi-professional and professional use?
Domestic
1.    Products designed for home/domestic use by one or more members with controlled use.
2.    The warranty is valid for private use only.
3.    Equipment in this range will lose its warranty if used in a semi-professional or professional setting.

Semi-Professional
1.    Products designed for use in personal training studios, hotels, condominiums, physiotherapy and/or rehabilitation centres, municipal facilities, sports clubs, security forces or fire departments with moderate use.
2.    Equipment in this range will lose its warranty if used in a professional space or environment.

Professional
1. Products designed for use in all types of gyms, including cross-training gyms, with intensive use.
How does the warranty work?
The guarantee is valid for 3 years for end consumers. For companies, it is valid for 1 year.
- What does the guarantee cover?
1. Defective products or parts from the factory;
2. Damage caused during transport between our premises and the destination;
3. Any other point not indicated in the following question.
- What does the guarantee not cover?
1. Products referred to as domestic range, used in sports or institutional spaces, as well as gyms, training academies, clubs or any other establishment for collective use;
2. Incorrect assembly, installation or damaged parts due to improper assembly;
3. Products or equipment in which the original parts have been replaced by others not supplied by the manufacturer;
4. Parts subject to wear and tear, such as: ropes, batteries, handles, bearings, springs, belts, pedals, pulleys, elastic bands, etc., after 6 months have elapsed since the product was purchased;
5. Anomalies caused by factors extrinsic to Topgim, such as: humidity, sweat, environments close to the sea, swimming pools, terraces, use of chemical products, etc;
6. Scratches, burns, falls to the ground or any other situation that demonstrates a lack of care.
Preventive Maintenance
Regular Cleaning
1. Cleaning the equipment to remove dust, debris and, above all, sweat, which often wears down/corrodes the material and causes the products to rust;
2. On iron, aluminium or stainless steel areas, we recommend using a dry cloth with a silicone-based lubricant spray;
3. On leather or plastic areas, you can use a damp cloth with a multipurpose disinfectant or antibacterial product;
4. After completing the previous three points, you can use the silicone-based lubricant spray on the pulleys, cables and pulleys (in the case of weight machines) and on the belts/chains, pedals, clamps, etc. (in the case of oars, bicycles, etc.).
Visual Inspection
1. Check that the screws are tight to avoid loose parts and an unstable structure;
2. If you notice any worn or broken parts that could jeopardise the use of the product, replace them to avoid accidents.
Does Topgim supply spare parts?
Yes, Topgim has spare parts available for all Cardiotraining products and Bodybuilding machines.

Does the price of the products include assembly?
No, assembly is not included in the price of the products.
