The boso medicus family 4 is a digital upper-arm blood pressure monitor designed to support blood pressure monitoring for up to four users, combining ease of use, tracking features and comfortable measurement. With four independent memory profiles, it stores up to 60 readings per user, making it easier to review measurements over time.

Its intelligent automatic inflation system adjusts the inflation pressure during measurement, without manual pumping or the need for reinflation. The device also features a movement sensor, which helps support reliable readings.

To assist with blood pressure monitoring, the device includes an average calculation function based on World Health Organization (WHO) standards, as well as irregular heartbeat detection with an indication of its frequency.

The included universal cuff fits arm circumferences of 22–42 cm. The monitor also features a Guest Mode, allowing occasional measurements without saving results to the users’ memory profiles. A carrying case and alkaline batteries are included, and the device comes with a 3-year warranty.
