Designed for athletics training and beginners, this Anti-Fall Athletics Hurdle provides greater safety during jumping exercises, making it suitable for athletes of different ages and learning levels.

Its safety system features a split top crossbar covered with soft foam, connected by a flexible internal steel cable. In the event of contact during a jump, the crossbar can give way forwards or backwards, helping to reduce the impact and the risk of imbalance caused by hitting the hurdle.

The strong and stable metal frame allows the height to be quickly adjusted to 5 positions, from 73 cm to 103 cm, using spring-loaded pins. This adjustment makes it easier to adapt the hurdle to different training levels and exercises.
